Summary
A coral reef, alongside being a marvellous-looking thing, serves to house sea life and to protect shorelines from erosion and storms. The laboratory seemed to do just that, with the people inside all working towards a goal to keep the world in harmony---or so Dr. Khalid had claimed. With her true motives so blurry and unclear, Mariyam could hardly tell what her real mission was.
But if they ever let themselves find the courage, there would always be a chance to leave the reef and see the ocean for themselves.
