  A collection of works with The Chosen One and Purple interacting.

  Sometimes they are meeting for the first time, sometimes for the nth time, sometimes for the last.

   

  Chosen’s zoned out again, gaze lost on the horizon, but still they’re half turned to face Purple. One foot is solid on the ground, good for moving at a seconds notice, but looking casual with their head resting on their hands, which are overlapped atop their knee, and their other leg laying casually on the ground.

  They hide their desire to run well, but Purple can hear them taking measured breaths. They’re trying to calm their body and instincts that scream that they will be hurt if they don’t hurt first, and that if they aren’t willing to hurt, then they must run. They know Purple has reason to lash out, has lashed out, and may very well do so again.

  Purple wonders why they choose to stay. Why they choose to fight it.

  Summary

  Purple had gone between Minecraft and the Outernet hundreds of times with Elytra now, and through several different Nether portals too. They never thought there would be an issue, never had an issue. In fact, sometimes the Elytra had saved Purple from dropping from great heights, or into lava, or other dangerous situations, so why would they ever worry?

  Stick City council banned game items from entering the Outernet without proper documentation, risk assessment, and permissions for a reason.

  Purple forgets this sometimes.
