Midoriya Izuku, he thought. What a pitiful child you are.
With the stolen file open on his monitor next to him, Nezu was saddened. The human race never failed to disappoint him. The horrible things that were done to a helpless little boy to fulfill the wishes of the cruel adults around him…
If there had been anyone in need of a hero, it would have been Midoriya Izuku.
No matter.
All Nezu and the rest of his staff could do was keep the boy safe now, and make sure he knew he was safe here. The people who hurt him were all long gone, and there were plenty of people at UA who could look out for him, even if it took a while for him to get used to the idea of Quirks.

Or; Izuku is a pre-Quirk soldier in a world of Quirks, and he has a lot to get used to in this new world.

Summary
Izuku slowly drifts towards the back edge of the building, as if drawn by some invisible force. He gazes down into the abandoned alley below, full of trash cans and rats most likely. Bakugou's words replay in his head, over and over again.
Take a swan dive off the roof.
For the first time in his life, Izuku doesn't overthink his decision.
Instead, he pivots on his heel, inching them closer to the edge. With outstretched arms, Izuku tilts his body backward.
He falls.
TLDR - Izuku decided to take Bakugou’s advice and attempts to kill himself, but the next day he wakes up unharmed and very confused.
