Summary
Valentino had never been one to believe in destiny; his life had always been defined by instinct and speed. But when tragedy strikes at Sepang, the line between what is and what should never have been begins to blur.
The day Marc Marquez dies on the track tears his world in two. What should have remained a painful memory starts repeating itself again and again before his eyes, until even the very nature of time begins to be questioned.

Summary
Marc opens his eyes, dazed and full of pain, but at least they’re open. Something catches in Álex’s throat again.
“Hey,” Álex says, voice breaking, giving him a watery smile.
Marc’s eyes flutter back close. Álex isn’t sure if he’s heard or really even seen him, but he doesn’t truly mind as long as Marc is okay.
His lips move ever so slightly, so Álex bends down to try and catch what he’s said.
Marc’s voice is quiet, confused. He sounds smaller than he has in years.
“Valentino?” he mumbles.

Or, Marc crashes, and he says Valentino’s name while half-conscious—on live broadcast, no less.Bookmarked by Gobayern16

Summary
Marc Marquez was an Omega, one of three on the MotoGP grid. He was happy where he was, but he also wasn't. He craved more, more life, more of a connection with people rather than bikes (for once). But when his own body decides to betray him, how will he navigate it?

Valentino Rossi is definitely over his 2-year relationship with Marc Marquez. He has a proper pack now, and he has all that he needs. Yep, totally, absolutely everything, nothing is wrong, definitely not.

Summary
Every rookie driver was required to find a mentor for the duration of their rookie season. The GPDA had agreed to the mentorship program outlined by the FIA years ago, in hopes of better supporting young drivers as they made their first forays into the pinnacle of motorsport. Usually, the choice was left up to the rookie and experienced drivers who were interested in serving as mentors, with little to no interference from the FIA – as long as the correct paperwork was filed.
While pairings could happen between teammates, they weren't the only pairings to exist - some rookies had prior connections on the grid, while others would choose to seek out a driver with the same secondary gender as themselves, or else another driver who spoke the same first language as them.
As a brash, young and reckless driver - who also happened to be unpresented - Max Verstappen didn't hold much hope when it come to finding a mentor.
