The War Across the Ages was over and the Hyrulean forces were victorious. Peace was supposed to come to Hyrule... wasn't it?
No, because Ganondorf had other plans. Dire plans. The King of Evil waged his war, he conquered Gerudo Desert and from there he defeated the White Sorceress, Lana, and the Hyrulean forces at the Valley of Seers during the March of the Demon King. With the Triforce of Power in his grasp, it all culminated with the Battle of the Triforce at Hyrule Castle itself...
The Hero was defeated. The Princess was defeated. The Demon King would wield the complete Triforce.
With hope broken... there was only fear left to bring...

Three areas of what was once the proud United States of America, all of them now facing a new threat. More than two hundred years after the bombs fell, the real Hell comes and tears through the very fabric of reality. New beasts encroach on the radioactive wasteland, ones even more merciless than Deathclaws or Super Mutant Behemoths.
Lone Wanderer, Courier and Sole Survivor.

Vladimir Nero Makarov, The Butcher of Realms who has crowned himself the Cardinal Tsar of Hell itself.

Summary
The Calamity Ganon—an ancient evil which has plagued the Kingdom of Hyrule for a century—has fallen to the hands of the hero, Link, and the princess, Zelda. Though they were victorious in sealing the beast, the monstrous servants of the Calamity still linger, and the most of the kingdom was lost to time and taken over by the wild. Opting to forgo their titles and start a new life as regular travelers before starting to rebuild the kingdom, Link and Zelda begin their new life in the Era of the Wild, trying to discover why the monsters still exist.
Little do they know, someone might be guiding them toward a quite unexpected trial...

Summary
After an attack by the Yiga Clan years after the Calamity was expected to return, King Rhoam orders Princess Zelda to learn how to protect herself, which Zelda already doesn’t want to do. But, when she realizes her instructor is— in her own words—'a rude, impolite, stuck-up, bossy, condescending, disrespectful, arrogant, selfish, wretched young knight' named Link who she absolutely can’t stand from the moment she meets him, she’s determined to make this experience difficult for him as well. At least, that's what she intended at the start.
