Summary
Shizuka Joestar did not ask for her life to be this way. She did not ask for her father to take her in when he was already such an old age. She did not ask for her mother Suzi Q to be on her deathbed only a year after Joseph Joestar’s death. She certainly did not ask to be sent to a boarding school in London with a dark history, either.
But life can be as funny as it can be unfair. Funny in the sense that she never expected to fall in love. Shizuka meets a girl she’s fairly certain is her perfect match. She never asked to meet a girl as beautiful as Gloria Vox, but as long as they can be together, Shizuka won’t complain, either.
Shizuka didn’t ask for her estranged brother Josuke Higashikata-Joestar to unexpectedly arrive at her boarding school with a few motives of his own. But in order to mend their relationship, Josuke’s willing to take on anything for his younger sister; even legal guardianship of Shizuka.
Life can be funny. Life can also be scary.
And as a cult with a horrible secret comes to collect the Joestar family’s heads, in order to protect herself and the people she loves, Shizuka discovers something even darker within herself.

Summary
Hidden, covered by a tattoo inked into skin, there exists a little, broken circle of a birthmark pressed into Seele’s back. It’s jagged in the way that the left half juts up and the right half drags down, but it is bright and red and whole all the same. It holds within it powers long left unknown.
It's the symbol of Quantum. Or at least a poor, broken, reddened rendition of it. It's like a tattoo she was just born with, and it's a reminder of just how alone she is in this world.
Or as alone as one can be when another Seele lives within that symbol.
And maybe, with time and the threat of mortality, that “other” Seele can find a way to be more than just a ghost in the corner of the “real” Seele’s eyes.

twelve years after second battle of hoover dam Vegas is independent and flourishing, Legion is breaking apart even worse, NCR has stopped expanding and stagnated. Things are peaceful in Vegas.
So why the hell is he out in the middle of Goodsprings with no stimpaks and bleeding all over the place? “Hey Lt. he's still alive!” oh yeah!
NCR sent rangers to get him. The Rangers were disbanded, he spat on their name and drug it through the dirt because of what they did to his father, they didn't like him fucking em over like he did. The Rangers are a small shadow of their former selves the same as the free caps payda...er... Frumentarii. lets hope he makes it out alive, ah well if not he'll just rock paper scissors the goddess for his life again...
