Summary
It had been well over a year since his first night out as Robin and he was nearing 18 now. No more legal fear that someone would swoop in and try to whisk him away. Gotham had been quiet in that year, laying dormant. Which only made Batman hike up patrols. The city was sleeping but she wouldn’t for long and when she erupted again it would disastrous. But Robin was ready, felt ready, and knew he wouldn’t let Gotham smother him. He’d rise to whatever challenge she gave him to keep its citizens safe. Even if it pissed Red Hood off to no end.
“Robin come in,” Oracle’s voice chittered in his ear but it wasn’t its usual calm, it was frantic and he could hear the furious typing in the background.
“Robin to Oracle,” he said automatically and glanced over at Red Hood who was getting ready to slip the helmet back on.
“Thank god,” she breathed out, “I see Red Hood is at your location.”
“I am Barbie,” Red Hood interrupted.
“You need to get Robin home now,” Oracle rushed, “Arkham outbreak and the Joker is one of them. He’s put a bounty out on Robin.”

I don’t think that I can describe the emotions that I felt while reading this. It was so good. The grammar was a little off but over all it was very intense in the rights ways.

"Heh," Connor says, looking at him, all soft, all smiles. "A bird. Just like you, Robin."
He closes his eyes.
No, Tim wants to say. Please. Just let me stay here.
But the wind picks up and of course, of course, he cannot.

War was imminent. It was coming fast. It was coming with the promise of blood shed and ash falling over ruined bodies. War was coming to Earth. Battle that it’s lands had never seen before.
War so ruthless, so violent, aliens so terrible, that the Justice League for the first time in its existence, was assembling all of their forces.
Young Justice still stood around Tim, ready to fight and protect their leader as if the battle was mere seconds away. Power floated around the once young team.
Tim leaned forward, hands on the table, as he stood in the place where Batman always stood. The place at the head of the table. The place of a leader. And an army stood behind him.
“You’ve gathered your forces as quick as you could,” He grinned sharply, his dominion mask shifting, “I’ve gathered mine.”
