Summary
The car accident wasn't where it all started, but it is where it all started falling apart. When Felix's car is hit leaving the Fan Meet in February, it's worse than JYP let on and worse than Felix tells the other members. Relationships with those he was once closest to are already frayed, and he can't add new reasons for them to turn away from him.
Plagued by self doubt and a deep-seated fear of falling behind, Felix struggles to recover from the accident and to cover up what happened to him afterwards - when he was hurt in a way that haunts him every time he manages to fall asleep through the pain in his back. Summary

AKA, Felix is the youngest of the group in this and is treated a like a baby while trying to survive life and being adopted by the boys into their relationship.

Felix and Hyunjin are best friends. Roommates. Each other’s emergency contact and emotional support human. They kiss sometimes, sleep together often, and say things that would make most couples blink. As far as they’re concerned, this is a completely normal, deeply platonic arrangement.
They call it friendship. Everybody else calls bullshit.
But when other people start looking at them like they’ve already skipped several steps - like they’re far too deep into something neither of them is brave enough to name - they’re forced to confront the possibility that whatever is between them has never been platonic at all.

Rozanov cocked his head. “You speak Russian? Or just the curse words?”
“Yes, I speak Russian,” he snapped, defensive and angry. He knew that it had been a mistake to even try to be friendly with Rozanov. “Why? Do I not look Russian to you?” He scoffed.
“No, not really,” Rozanov said. Some of his teammates laughed, although they mostly looked surprised that Shane was speaking to them at all. Rozanov didn’t laugh, though. “Are you Russian?”
“Go fuck yourself.”

Despite an inauspicious start, when Russia’s Ilya Rozanov learns that Canada’s Shane Hollander is fluent in Russian at their first World Junior Championships tournament, it changes everything and sets them on a different course. Instead of being branded as rivals from the very beginning, Ilya and Shane start off as friends.
