This fic is what I might do if I was Isekai'd into the world of Deltarune.
Seraph (The Vessel) has been living in Hometown for a long time before the events of DELTARUNE, retaining memories of the game being played. Having already lived in town for a while, it has already made several friendships, particularly with Noelle Holiday.
Seraph kept track of when the festival would take place, because if this would stay the same as when it went through without as strong as a connection to this world, then Kris might try to summon a being from beyond this world again
OR
Vessel has already lived in hometown for a while, retaining memories of the game. It tries to keep the story mostly on track so that can continue to remember what happens, but it changes a few things.

Summary
The Soul has enough of Kris after the events of Chapter 4. After attaining the freedom they seek, they find themselves attracted to one Noelle Holiday, a person who the Soul places their limited trust in to take them in. But just by escaping their cage, have they escaped their Cage? What do other characters involved in the conspiracy think about this attempt to obtain freedom, and how will they react? And why does this Soul seem to have knowledge of a world beyond the one of Deltarune, anyway? Heavily inspired by The Melody of the Heart. (Expect huge divergences in plot and characters beyond the basic premise!)
