Summary
Beyond a door on the far right side of the hall, something piques Gabriel’s interest. The sound, like dozens of feet shuffling nervously, crinkling on plastic. Hushed voices conspire together, and Gabriel somehow knows the fear and exhaustion that coats their throats. Some voices are louder, though they don’t physically ring through the hall. An angry, exasperated frustration carries their whispers. It does not make him anxious, and instead a sensation similar to that of hair raising on the back of his neck runs through his spine.
Gabriel hears the jingling of a key, and watches as Damien unlocks the door. His free hand simultaneously nudges Gabriel from his back forward and into a stark white room littered with nervous expressions. They stare at the two with anxious dread dripping from their bodies. It hangs in the air like the smell of rain. In his head, a clamor of drums creates a disjointed song. Hearts beat out of rhythm, and the dull, throbbing pulses of blood overwhelm his senses.
A stranger takes a step forward, mustering courage to speak up for the crowd. They never get the chance to finish.Bookmarked by Fuckboismasher69

Insomnia Falls
It hits him like a tidal wave, over and over as if reading it five more times will change the words in print. Only a few moments pass before he is still, but damage lurks beneath the calm waters, trapped bodies and debris. His hand is moving without his permission, reaching into a pocket for his phone.
It’s the same everywhere else. Insomnia is gone. The King is dead.

Summary
It used to be easy back in the city.
Out in the country, however, finding relief is not so easily done, nevermind that days are long and tiring. Ignis is already at the point when he is lusting for the only man he can even tell his problem to, and he is loath to jump a friend out of sheer sexual frustration.
Unless said friend offers willingly, that is.

In a period of 50 days, Jotaro struggles against himself, makes a new friend, and falls in love.
The new transfer student, Kakyoin, brought drama to a school starving for it. His arrival put new targets on his back and girls fawning over his red hair, but beyond all that he made Jotaro feel strange. After all, photographic memory and an overwhelming acuteness for precision weren't things that popped up naturally out of nowhere. Kakyoin's ghost probably had something to do with it and nothing to do with Jotaro understanding how the girls felt.

Summary
Jotaro comes into the saloon in the late afternoon, a long smear of blood all across the left side of his pants from a couple idiots who heard about the bounty on him. It’s a long ride between here and the city where’s Dio set himself up as Mayor, but Jotaro will be damned if he lets anything stop him. If he’s a criminal, then he’s a criminal. He don’t care about the law. But he’ll be damned if he lets that Dio drag his name in the mud for something Jotaro never did.
There’s a piano in the saloon, and the man seated at it is dressed to the nines, his red hair bright against the green of his vest.
"You're that sharpshooter who tried to get at me in the pass," Jotaro says.
