Summary
Shouta is a dragon that lost everything at the hands of human butchers. When he awakens from a long hibernation to discover that humans have infested his territory, all he cares about is seeing them driven out or dead.
Izuku has other ideas. While he doesn't want to kill what might be the last of the dragons, he still has a kingdom to defend.
But a dragon that isn't a dragon is no threat at all, and maybe that'll buy Izuku enough time to convince Shouta all humans don't deserve punishment for the crimes of their ancestors.
In which Shouta is an angry dragon with a contentious relationship to pants, and Izuku seduces him with the power of freckles and good parenting.

Summary
Hizashi never meant to become a villain.
All he wanted was to fix a broken system, to make a world where children like Oboro weren't sacrificed on the altar of heroism. But revolution is often bloody, and those who hold power won't relinquish it easily.
The moral high ground is a luxury he can't afford, and if this is what Hizashi threw his life away for, he's damned if he's gonna lose.
In which Hizashi finds a cause, Izuku finds himself, and Shouta finds there are things he isn't willing to lose twice.
