Himena's idea was simple- join forces with the other factions in Kamihama and host a "Faction History Day" to help explain the war and the factions to the non-affiliated magical girls who may not have had a clue what was going on. The only problem- since Himena was running the Neo Magius table, someone had to advertise said table. And that someone was Shigure and Hagumu.
Which required having to talk to strangers. In public.
They would rather fight another war.

Shigure doesn't like fighting witches on her own, but what makes it worse is when her only other choice for backup is Juri. Juri thinks Shigure is a coward for having to wait for backup. Of course the Kamihama girl can't kill a witch on her own!
Shigure doesn't want to look weak in front of Juri (mostly because the magical girl is absolutely terrifying) and rises to Juri's challenge to solo the witch and prove to Juri that she's no chicken!
