Summary
After the death of the literal God of Truth, Otoma=Raga, at the last KOF, there was understandable worry that perhaps next year’s tournament would be cursed. However, a billionaire by the name of Jacob was able to convince the tournament organizers to let him host the tournament, saying that he had a good feeling about this year’s tournament. With the tournament organizers putting out official invitations for certain competitors, other teams are entering the tournament for their own plans. Some innocent, others darker.
Who are the new players on the scene, a woman of water and a psychic who are working under Commander Heidern? And a painter with a bodyguard so physically strong that he can get Iori Yagami to do as he says? Not even taking in account the team of pathetic criminals that wouldn’t even get sniffed an invitation and whatever scheme they have, as well as a team of assassins brought together by an unknown client. All in all, this is starting to look like one of the most exciting KOFs yet.
