Summary
Tim looked down at his hands only to be shocked when he saw them covered in some sort of red fabric with seemingly a web spread throughout it. Before he could say anything he was practically thrown away as the world around him darken again. This time when he woke up the room was darker and he was laying down. He could hear a very, very loud heart motor, bats shreiking at the top of their lungs as it seemed, and the pitter-patter of water dripping in varies throughout a large open space.
“My dear boy!” Alfred filled Tims view above him. “Your awake, you must be thirsty here drink this.” He was handed a cup of water
TL; DR : Tim gets Spider-Man’s powers, stops a corrupt organization, makes a friend, gets a pet, and kind of accidentally starts a multiverse war. Not exactly in that order

Telling the truth betrays every instinct he has, but Tim is nerved out beyond all reasonable measures, and he just wants to find a way home.
Besides, he thinks, half-bitterly, it might be nice to have someone else in this lonely new universe, even if it's just for a little while.“I’ll make you a deal, okay?” He tries to bargain with the wizard. “I’ll help you with this Thanos guy, and you help me get back to my own universe.”
Or: Tim Drake ends up in the MCU with no memory of how he got there, and Stephen Strange and Tony Stark accidentally both adopt him.

Tim Drake, intelligent as he is, decides that he needs to do something to help (and befriend) Gotham's resident vigilantes. This, of course, leads to his unbeatable method to befriending your heroes. Wherein: he becomes his own vigilante at the age of twelve, befriends the heroes, and sort of saves Gotham along the way.
Hiccups are, of course, bound to happen. Good thing he has the Bats to help him!

Summary
Timothy Drake, as of right now, is living three lives: that of the highschooler, that of the vigilante, and (slightly more pressing), that of the changeling, working to free Gunmar from the darklands, set off the Endless Night, and subsequently kick off the end of the world as we know it.
Here's the kicker, however - Tim doesn't actually want the world to end. No, he quite likes it as it is, with its energy drinks, and its older-brother-figures, and its photography, and its Steph. Ideally, things can continue on as they have: Tim feeds information to the Janus order, so they don’t hunt him for sport, and the Killahead bridge is never completed and Gunmar never escapes – everyone’s happy and Tim’s not exposed or dead. Yay!
Of course, things are never that easy.Or: Trolhunters in Gotham AU that nobody asked for, with Tim as a changeling and Trollhunters taking place in Gotham City rather than Arcadia Oaks. Because I can.
