Summary
To cut a long, tedious, genius scheme down to its conclusion: Mori Ougai had disappeared and Dazai was now sat on the Mafia throne (an uncomfortable chair he immediately exchanged). Not exactly where he wanted to be in life; but the guy had to die- [oops. He wasn't meant to say that-] and it was imperative that someone with refined skill take over: i.e him.
He’d enjoyed his life in the Agency, truly was the highlight of his career- but for them, for Chuuya, for his destiny- or other bullshit like that- he signed the contract.
Who said he couldn’t make a life out of it too?

Summary
Dazai Osamu is chosen to return to the Port Mafia, he knew it of course, there was no other contender for the slimy boss to choose. He accepts it, atleast he gets to see his Chibiko more often. The agency however are very surprised at seeing the more violent and calculating side of Dazai compared to the happy go lucky and lazy man they are used to knowing. Through many team ups tey figure out more and more about their previous co-worker.
