While visiting Nazarick, Jircniv observed the changes in E-Rantel—one of which led him to spend time with Ainz, sparking the usual misunderstandings; Jircniv is incapable of simple thinking, always assuming everything is an elaborate scheme to test him. Not that Ainz is any better. Yet, by the end of their time together, there is a subtle shift in their relationship, even though they always seem to be on different wavelengths within this friendship.

He wanted to resolve this on his own, which was by doing nothing and staying away from his family. Unfortunately, his parents always showed up at the worst times, exactly when he didn't want them.
