In their quaint little neighborhood sits a creepy, dark, boarded up house on the corner, where lives a "grumpy old man" who "eats children for breakfast".
Halloween night, however, reveals their are more concerning things lurking in the dark than a hermited neighbor.Updated the tag to mature, most of it is t-rated, but their will be some moments of non-graphic violence, non-descriptive injuries, and one explicit chapter that can be skipped.

Brian, having a secret friendship with the 'Dark Prince', has Jay deliver a message on his behalf. What he doesn't know is that Brian has (unintentionally) dragged him into a chaotic fire years in the making. But some would say they were doomed from the beginning.
Alternative Summary: The whole thing is an excuse to have Jay dress like a disney princess for like five seconds and have Jessica kick ass - eventually.
Rating is for smut, most of this is g-t rated except for some brief violence and injuries because it can't be a mh fanfic without Jay injuring himself in some fashion.
