Summary
Alex is rushing in from the labs with a small blonde girl in her arms – the child is nestled in one of Alex’s hoodies, bare feet kicking lightly against Alex’s stomach. Maggie, who had been granted access long ago, looks equally harried as she comes in from the parking garage carrying a tiny girl wrapped in a towel – only the tiny dark haired child is wailing inconsolably and clinging to her tightly.
When the two women see each other they stop and stare for a moment, taking in what’s going on before Maggie exclaims with wide eyes, “Kara?!”
The blonde child perks up at her name, Alex rocks her tenderly, patting her back as she confirms, “Yep, Kara and a couple more at CatCo were kiddified. Who’s that?”
Maggie is desperately trying to calm the girl in her arms who hasn’t stopped crying since she and Sam managed to get her out from behind the sofa in the CFO’s office. The child has been sobbing so hard her cheeks are red and blotchy and she’s hiccupping. Maggie rocks her softly, bouncing her on her hip as she tries to comfort her, “It’s okay, niña. You’re safe here, Lena.”

Summary
When Krypton was dying, two scientist brothers devised a plan to save their respective children. Jor-El sent his infant son to a distant world with a brilliant yellow sun, Zor-El sent his daughter to look over him and guide him to a bright future. In this timeline, Kara and Kal arrived on earth in tandem, some time after they set out from their exploding home world. They were taken in by a farming couple and given a chance to live their lives in secret. Kara is beginning a new job and preparing for her 'brother' to move in with her so they can live normal lives. But destiny has other plans for her, and despite her initial reluctance she is ready to meet her destiny.

Caitlyn panicked, feeling extraordinarily unprepared having been thrust into her new position without so much as even a handbook to consult. What were the formalities? What was she supposed to respond with? Where was the damn push to talk button…
“Hellooo? I said Houston, do you copy?”
Caitlyn fiddled with her headset, having finally found the green button on the side and hastily letting out a rather breathless reply. “Um, yes. Hello? This is Houston. I copy.”
There was a long pause in which Caitlyn sat twiddling her thumbs, anxiety pushing the frantic pulse of her heartbeat through her eardrums. Was that wrong? Did she already fuck up? She took a steady deep breath, finger hovering over the talk button until the familiar voice of the astronaut came through her headset once more.
“Damn, Houston. I didn’t expect you to sound so sexy.”
OR
Caitlyn has been assigned as the personal capcom to one of the astronauts currently on a year long expedition at the international space station. Cue long months of pining and desperate longing.

Summary
Kara has every reason to hate the triwizard tournament. For one, it's the reason the house quidditch tournament is cancelled. But on the other hand, it brings Lena Luthor to Hogwarts, so Kara really can't be all that upset.
Lena blows into Kara's final year at Hogwarts much like the winged horses that carry her. Kara is done for from the moment she sees her.
Unfortunately, Lex Luthor flies in on the same breeze, intent to do anything in his power to keep Kara and Lena apart.
Kara never intends to enter the tournament, but circumstance and the universe have other plans for her.
