Summary
There were many things Alastor expected during the extermination. Defeat leading to being at the brink of a second death was not one of them. Neither was being displaced in time and space, ending up forced into a role he would have never contemplated under any other circumstance, serving a King he insists has no feelings for.

Summary

She knew something was wrong and seeing Sir Pentious before her had reignited her Questioning, and if Sera wasn't going to answer she was just going to have to go above her head and bother Michael for the answers. She didn't expect that it would lead to her sister being Tried at Court or Michael appointing her as the New Ambassador to Hell.
