Summary
The arrow wasn’t necessarily an object designed to be transfused into the very living soul of a human being. Those that were privy to its existence knew it could grant strange abilities to whoever that could withstand the power that came with the gifts it bestowed- yet there was little trial to determine if the arrow- or arrows, there were multiple displaced around the globe- would procure other effects if tested on an individual that was already in possession of a stand. For all intents and purposes, it was dumb blind luck that Giorno had managed to triumph over Diavolo and take the prize for himself.
Or: A supplemental insight to the aftermath of Diavolo's death and the proceeding years that follow.
