That never, not even once, does Lucifer touch him.

Summary
Alastor should have registered when he first presented, his name and details added to the list advertising available Omegas throughout the kingdom. At twenty-four, he should’ve been servicing Alphas for six or seven years already.
He wasn’t small or soft or pretty. He was tall, thin, and calloused. After the initial contract for his virginity, he’d become a means to an end for poorer Alphas and spend his next twenty or so years warming their beds until his whelp rearing days passed.
Registering now was the only one way he could make enough money to save his mother.
He just hoped she forgave him for it.
AKA
Omegas, the only secondary gender able to give birth, are a rare and precious resource. As a result, the Crown created the Omega Registry for Alphas to bid on their heats in the hopes of producing an heir. Alastor has spent his whole life pretending to be a beta, but outs himself when his mother falls gravely ill in order to save her life.
He never expected his virgin contract to go to King Lucifer Morningstar, let alone for the king to want to keep him.

“Come back to bed, Lucifer.” Alastor groans, feeling too tired to really move.
The sun in Hell hadn't even fully raised yet.

Heat crept down Alastor's throat and he was grateful they were both still fully dressed so it wasn’t visible. “I would have bitten you if it wasn’t.”
Lucifer snorted softly. “Yeah? It’s a lot better than just… Wait! That’s exactly what this reminds me of! When Charlie used to play with her dolls growing up! Just smushing them together and saying shit like ‘now kiss!’ It’s like we’re the dolls!”
It took him a moment to catch on but when he did, his brows shot up. “You believe someone is…enacting these bizarre situations with dolls of us?” But who would do something like that? And more importantly, why?

After a month of forced proximity and being puppeted around by someone with a clear RadioApple agenda, Lucifer and Alastor may have accidentally caught feelings. They should still probably figure out how to fix this though...

Angel had mentioned multiple times that he "didn't do girls." or at the very least charged extra. There were many jokes at that poor little angry moth's expense, in which Angel gently handed her his rates and hours sheet when she started getting mad at his behavior around the Hotel. Perhaps that was the problem?
Angel goes from looking kinda bored to suddenly very panicked. "You're a what." He stares, very intensely, and shifts on his secondaries so he's half sitting up. "Since wh- you're a what?"
Alastor blinks, and looks down between his legs, wet spot growing on his underwear, and the slick currently dripping off his fingers. "If I'm not then I've surely missed quite a lot in the last century that I've been dead."
"Are you fuckin' telling me, that the entire year I've known you, that you were a fuckin' girl this whole time?"
"Yes? Was that not obvious when I took my clothes off, or when I started fingering myself instead of "jerking off" like you kept mentioning?" Oh dear, maybe he was wrong to go to Angel about this. Blind leading the blind, apparently.

Lucifer wisely decided to change the subject. “I mean, with my powers we can do all kinds of shit! We could even go up to the Living World!”
That brought Alastor up short. He’d never considered the possibility he could return there one day. Now the option was presented, he wasn’t sure how he felt about it. “I think I’d stand out too much like this,” he deflected.
“You wouldn’t look like that. We’d have human disguises. Or, well, in your case I guess it wouldn’t be much of a disguise? It’d just be your old face and body.”
“Something tells me I wouldn’t look quite like you expected." He could see all of the unspoken questions in Lucifer’s eyes and he wasn’t sure if he wanted to entertain any of them.
What if Lucifer saw him as he was before and it changed his opinion of him? Alastor didn’t necessarily think him shallow, but there was one major difference that might prove to be a…bit of a shock.
AKA
Alastor goes on a date with Lucifer to the Living World despite his misgivings. Being back in his human body is more cathartic and pleasurable than he ever thought possible.
