Summary
Dean Winchester is a twenty-five-year-old travel nurse with nothing but a car to his name and wild oats to be sown. Suffice it to say, but he’s not looking for anything serious when he meets Cas Novak, a travel doctor with big blue eyes and a stupid-hot face, and the two of them spend the next few years bumping around different emergency rooms and bumping uglies any chance they get. It’s the perfect no-strings arrangement until Dean catches full-on feelings for the guy, which, given that Cas is even more committed to the no-commitment lifestyle than Dean is, is a pretty stupid thing to do.
Castiel Novak has never been one for casual relationships, but after working so hard during his residency, he deserves to have a little fun. And Dean Winchester, with his green eyes and his crooked smile and his perfectly freckled skin, is fun. And yes, perhaps Castiel should have known better than to hope for their no-strings arrangement to one day lead to something serious, but he comes to his senses eventually. He knows now that Dean is never going to feel the same way.

Summary
Dean swallowed drily again, feeling his tongue heavy and weird inside his mouth, but he still managed to say, “Seriously, Cas, I... I need this. I really do. And you’re the only one who can do it. You’re the only one I trust to do this.” The hunter’s voice sounded far too hoarse, still lacking the confidence he wished to convey, and he licked his lips, looking down, focusing his gaze on a particular spot on the sheets. He fiddled with a loose thread he found there, feeling that difficulty to sit still for too long making itself known once more. He cleared his throat, and tried again, “And this is the easiest way, too. It just solves everything. You can check the damage Michael did. You can try to dig up some memories, to see if I can remember how I got this scar. And you can make sure that... that he’s really gone.” His voice did fail this time, throat feeling dry and tight, and he swallowed again to try and fix that, but it did very little to help.
The slightest hint of a feeble, empty smile tugged the corner of Dean's mouth upward, words coming out far too low and weak when he added, “Three birds, one stone, right?”
As if this really were that simple.

Summary
This happens after season 10. After a long fight, the Darkness has been locked and defeated. The gates of Hell have been closed with it too. Rowena is dead. Charlie has come back to life. And the gates of Heaven have been partially closed, making Castiel fall and become human in a painful process.
Now Castiel lives in the bunker with Sam and Dean and Dean can’t suppress his feelings for Cas anymore, and neither the ex-angel can. Things are quiet in the supernatural world, there are some occasional hunts, but it is quiet, and in that quietness, Dean and Castiel are going to try and have what they didn’t have the chance to before; a relationship.
This is about Dean and Castiel getting together and how their lives go once they manage to do so.

Summary
Dean's drunk enough that he can’t get the tears to stop flowing, but sober enough to be humiliated at the fact that he’s crying silently to himself in the bar on Valentine’s Day.
A fresh glass slides across the counter. The kind bartender pushes it close enough towards him that it comes into his field of view even despite his leaned-over, face-shielded, tear-hiding position.
His shame is visible, as is his grief.
TLDR: 3 months after Cas's passing, Dean makes his way to a bar for Valentine's Day. Everyone around him is looking for love, but Dean is struggling to handle Valentine's without his own by his side. A drunk drive home, a savior, many many tears, and a happy/hopeful ending ensue! :)
