Summary
The first time Bruce Wayne encounters the freshly rehabilitated Joker, he breaks his nose. He also sits him down, hands him a handkerchief, sets his broken nose with two quarters from Jack's wallet and buys him a drink with money from his own. Jack has been pronounced sane after receiving radical treatment at Arkham. He's essentially the one who killed Bruce Wayne's childhood friend, but, somehow, he ends up in the billionaire's bed.
