All that progress was undone one average Saturday afternoon, when Inko answered the door and found her and her son’s abusive tormentor standing there in a cheap black suit like he belonged, clutching a bouquet of dying flowers in one massive fist.

Summary
Todomatsu can't miss the small flinches Karamatsu gives out when he's touched, though he also notices the large amount of effort his brother is putting into not jerking away. Even though Karamatsu is so fond of physical affection and grand displays of devotion, for him to be reduced into such a state, something terribly wrong must be going on.
It feels like a slap to the face for the youngest born; he would rather be annoyed at the other's painfulness than seeing this.

Tony's got people he pays to take care of that kind of thing, and anyway, he's pretty sure that he's going to die of some exotic disease in his workshop, because Dummy's still a little spotty about what is 'clean' enough to put on an open wound. The rest of the Avengers are in this for personal gain, except for Clint, he just enjoys being a dick.
