Summary
Tobirama had never heard of this so-called omega ward, but since Konoha's hospital was Hashirama's pet project, that wasn't entirely surprising. A dedicated ward for long-term care seemed rather sensible, to be honest.
Still. Pillow forts? Ridiculous.
And probably exactly in line with what Hashirama envisioned when he created this ward behind Tobirama's back.

Summary
“Well now, I have to say I didn’t expect this when I smelled a dying snake.”
In one of the larger gaps above his face, the view of the surface overhead is completely obscured by a narrowed, blood red eye. As Tobirama fixes his gaze on it with all the focus he can muster, it curves into an unnerving crescent as if the person to whom it belongs is smiling down at him. A cold shiver ripples along his spine.
“This seems like it’s quite the predicament, hm? Can’t imagine how cut up you must be if the water around here smells this good.” The voice is a deep, low, husky thing, its tone teasing for all that the words are practically a threat. At that moment, there is no doubt in Tobirama’s mind that the mer speaking to him is something dangerous, something predatory. His throat clicks around a thick swallow, and suddenly drowning doesn't seem all that bad.

Summary
“Stop tapping your fingers,” Tobirama says from the other chair. His eyelids flicker when Madara vindictively drums his fingers on Hashirama’s desk once more for good measure, but he says nothing: only settles a little deeper, his chakra sensing near scalding against Madara’s skin.
Madara waits another few seconds, then snaps,
“Well? Any sign of Tomoe or Kagami?”
“Madara,” Hashirama says reprovingly from where he’s standing by the window, but where does he get off being judgmental? It’s not like his daughter and clanmate are out who-knows-where doing who-knows-what. “He’s doing his best.”
Of course Tobirama is. Doing his best for Kagami, and not for the daughter he’s never once spoken to, even though it is Konoha’s worst-kept secret that Uchiha Tomoe is not fully Uchiha at all.

Eleven years ago, Madara and Tobirama had an ill-advised encounter on a mission due to aphrodisiacs. Madara kept the child, but Tobirama has kept his distance ever since. Only now, when Kagami and their daughter are in danger, do Tobirama and Madara come together to save them and potentially talk things out.
