“Im sorry I’m not enough okay? Is that what you wanted to hear?” Kaveh reached up to pull at his golden locks, bandages starting to unravel at his arms, “I know I’m too sensitive and I know Im a fucking mess but Id rather you just say that to me instead of showing me all the things I can never be for you and hoping I take the fucking hint!”
His voice broke off at the end as more tears rapidly streamed down his face. Kaveh stumbled back, feet wobbling violently as he tried to hold on to whatever dignity he had left.
“Kaveh-” Alhaitham started, reaching a hand out.
“No! You can't do this to me! I love you, I really do. Archons, I love you so fucking much it feels like my heart is being crushed every single time you look at me. Every time you give me that fucking look where your just so disappointed in me! I can't do this anymore Haitham. I can't live like this please just let me go-” Kaveh broke out in harsh sobs, his thin frame convulsing with every cry racking though him. He tried to rush towards the exit before being caught by Alhaitham’s grip on his wrist.
