Summary
Kageyama and Hinata are roommates and teammates in college, addicted to each other in a way that’s chaotic and sometimes toxic. Their fights are fierce and biting, but so are their make ups, filled with desperate touches and urgent kisses. Neither says “I love you” easily, but they show it in broken, beautiful ways.
Under immense pressure from school, volleyball, and family, Hinata starts pulling away emotionally. Kageyama’s love is possessive and intense, and he struggles to soften. After a huge fight, Hinata takes a break from their relationship to sort himself out, but instead of disappearing completely, they stay connected, messy, fragile, but real.
