    Summary

It began as a harmless little bit of Ed-shipping. Then it snowballed. Then it became a living, breathing, fire-snorting dragon that hates it when I write my other stuff. The series is a labor of love, and the first five books were written over the course of almost three years. "To Be Just" was featured on NarniaFanFictionRevolution.com's AsCast Episode 1. I also discussed writing and the "Blades" series in my interview on AsCast Episode 6.

The "Blades of Narnia" Series (thus far):

    ~ To Be Just
    ~ On Faith
    ~ The Guardian
    ~ Of Hearth and Home
    ~ Healer
    ~ Shadow in the Silverwood
    ~ Slingshot (In progress.)

All children play games, and all children grow up, and so if you should meet someone as an adult who played the same games you did as a child, perhaps it isn't so strange. Cultural influences and whatnot and so forth and doesn't every child dream of lions?

    Summary

By Royal Decree and its much longer sequel, Harold and Morgan Not A Romance, are Golden Age stories that detail the very convoluted story of King Edmund the Just, Count of the Western March, Duke of the Lantern Waste, Knight of the Order of the Table, and not Father, Brother, or Peter and Assistant Director Banker Morgan of the House of Linch. This is about how two highly functioning individuals, one with low emotional intelligence and the other who is neuroatypical, blunder into and out of and back into a relationship. Snark, sneezing, taxes, sex, and love follow.

    Summary

The Stone Gryphon is a sprawling Spare Oom story of war, espionage, immoral acts done in service of moral ends, natural history, dinosaurs, Alice in Wonderland, cunning corvids, tequila, D-Day, theology, spirituality, love and sex. If the Dawn Treader can be on the wall of a spare bedroom in Impington, Narnia can be found in other places, too. The Friends of Narnia just have to learn where to look. And upon returning from Narnia, the Pevensies probably didn't just sit around waiting to die in a fiery train wreck.

"No, no! The adventures first," said the Gryphon in an impatient tone: "explanations take such a dreadful time."
    L. Carroll, The Adventures of Alice In Wonderland

"Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible."
    Francis of Assisi

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
    L. Carroll, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
