The Beast of Chaos from legend, who turned out to be so much more, has awoken. And with it destructive chaos began to spread across Equestria, beginning from the Beast’s resting place in the Smokey Mountains.
Called upon by Princess Celestia, the Six Bearers to the Elements of Harmony were sent on a mission to once again harness the power of friendship to return harmony to Equestria.
However, when the Elements have no effect on the powerful Beast, one pony is determined to harness the power of friendship not with ancient magic, but with kindness.
