Summary

Tim now stared at the papers in his hand with disbelieving eyes. Holy fuck, Bruce is going to kill me.
The buzzing of his phone broke through his thoughts, and for a moment, Tim considered flinging it across the room to shut it up. Then, apparently the phone had been so insistent and non-stop for the past few minutes, that Percy had begun to stir.
Good timing. As soon as Percy's eyes fluttered open, Tim shoved the marriage certificate and license in front of his face.
“Hey, remember last night?” Tim asked as he watched Percy groggily scanned over the certificate.
Tim waited patiently for the man's brain to catch up, watching him furrow his brows as he tried to read the written text over and over. Then, a good few minutes later, he dragged a hand down his face in defeat.
“I'm actually dyslexic,” Percy said, flatly. His eyes fluttered close again.
Tim wanted to shake him.
OR; Tim wasn't one for impulsive decisions, but Percy definitely was.

Percy couldn’t explain the ever present tug in his stomach that signaled Jason’s movements to him. Even just his presence. It warned him to watch his back. Helped him anticipate the next swing or feint.
But Percy had a feeling that Jason Grace had the twin warning signal to his. Anytime Percy walked into the dining pavilion, by the amphitheater, the cabins, anywhere at Camp Half-Blood where they’d both been the past few months as head counselors, he could count on those striking blue eyes landing on him.
____________Or: The last person Percy Jackson wants to be stuck in a car with is Jason Grace. Let alone in Missouri with a 1990s edition atlas.
