Summary
The famous popstar Lady Nebula is due to perform on Planet Ziziks, and a smitten Lord Hater can't wait for the show. However, due to some kind of traveling problem, her place is taken by an unknown substitute named Wanda Star. Hater is upset at first, but finds he doesn't mind the switch after all, and starts crushing on this new singer, although she does seem slightly familiar. Meanwhile, Wander may be stuck subbing as a popstar for longer than he'd anticipated, but he doesn't mind all that much. It never hurts to help, after all, and it seems like he's helping a lot of folks!

Still getting used to his new relationship with Wander, and not entirely sure how he feels about conquering the galaxy anymore, Hater puts a hastily conceived plan into action and inadvertently pulls every villain in the galaxy into a battle royale. How will Dominator factor into all this, and what will it lead to afterward? As the threat to the galaxy becomes more urgent, and Peepers decides to put his own plans into action, Hater and Wander will have to figure out how to navigate these dangerous waters together, of course, with a little help from their friends. Summary
Sequel to Changing Our Stars and Part Two in Wander Over Yonder: The New Galaxy. Hater and Sylvia have successfully rescued Wander from Lady Infinite, and left her ship a smoking ruin while they were doing so. They head back to the skull ship to find that someone is less than enthused about Hater's change in priorities. Planets are still recovering from Dominator's drill, and many familiar villains have begun their attempted conquering once more with a few notable exceptions, and the chaos seems to have attracted some unfamiliar competitors as well. Hater and Peepers will both have some important choices to make for how they want to be seen in this new galaxy. Hater, at any rate, could certainly use some help now that he is seen as 'The Hero of the Galaxy'. How fortunate that he knows someone so renowned for being helpful. Sylvia, meanwhile, has decided to buckle down and get the answers to the greatest mystery she's ever encountered; her best friend.

In the end, Mattimeo didn't really turn out to be the hero of his own book - his father, Matthias, took that role. Characters were killed off in cheap ways, both heroes (Warbeak, Logalog) and villains (Slagar, Vitch) alike. This fic seeks to remedy that by making Mattimeo the star, giving Cynthia and Vitch a chance to start redeeming themselves, saving heroes, and sending villains to better graves. Read on to see how Mattimeo escapes the Kingdom of Malkariss and deafeats evil, not after having been locked in a closet for an hour, but after having experienced the terrible fate he was originally intended for - slavery in the darkness.

Summary
Worried that Wander might be replacing him with another villain, Hater with an ulterior motive suggests that they kiss in order to make their enemy rivalry "special" which Wander is more than happy to oblige. Unfortunately, what happens next isn't what the overlord expected and now both are caught in a very tricky situation which will overtime go from a strange new hobby between friends involving developing complicated feelings to an eventual budding romance. Expect lots of fun kisses in between.
