This will be a collection of very short scenes I've written that I don't feel are long enough to be posted as their own stories, but that I still want to share.
I was tempted to post these with no context whatsoever and make you guys wonder what's wrong with my brain, but AffableDisaster tells me that context is important, or some nonsense like that. So there will be a note at the end of each piece giving some context for why it exists. I hope you all enjoy!

Summary
“Why do you only like some of your clothes?” Jaskier asks thoughtfully, three hours into the day.
Geralt looks to him from the corner of his eye.
“You’ll wear them all eventually,” Jaskier says in a tone that makes it clear he’s hard at work theorizing, “but you’ll wear some of them multiple times before you’ll wear the rest. They’re all black, so I know it can’t be about style.” The quick side glance he gets after that tells Geralt that Jaskier has his doubts about the existence of such a thing to begin with.
(Geralt has sensory issues with his clothes) (Of course he would never think to fix this) (Luckily Jaskier has some thoughts and feelings about it)

Summary
When Jaskier finally has no more delays as an excuse, he swaggers over and drapes himself over the bench opposite the witcher, taking a long swig of his drink and studying the man across from him over the rim. The cider is almost painfully bad, acidic and aggressively alcoholic. Still, he appreciates it for the distraction it is from everything he’s trying very hard not to feel. He tries to look at the witcher with a stranger’s eyes, wondering if he would still love him despite all of the pain if he’d never known about the beautiful heart behind that handsome face.
Annoyingly, the answer is “yeah, probably.”
Surprisingly, Geralt speaks first.
“Jaskier, listen, I want to-”
“Sorry,” Jaskier interrupts, summoning all of the arrogance an upbringing like his can instill, “have we met before?” As approaches go, it’s fairly juvenile, but from Jaskier’s experience, there are few barbs more cutting than being forgotten entirely. He doubts Geralt will actually entertain the bit for any length of time, but it’s deeply satisfying to say.
(being the petty bitch he is, jaskier pretends not to know geralt) (is it really HIS fault if geralt believes him??)
