Bulma has just bought a townhome nestled right outside of West City. It comes with tons of space, great acoustics, natural light, and an asshole neighbor.
Vegeta is currently a single parent, doing all that he can for his daughter. A new neighbor has caught his daughter's eye, and surprisingly his too.
