Summary
His captors don’t bother to look at him, running upstairs with a series of swear words coming out of their mouths, and Buck is alone and conscious for the first time since the accident.
He’s still got wet, sticky pants drying off with pee, his shoulder is aching, and he can finally feel the cut over his left eye. He’s probably going to have a black eye. He doesn’t know why he obsesses so much over the injuries he has; it’s not like he doesn’t have scars all over his body already, but there’s only so much he can do right now, really, besides worry about the cuts and the bruises. Eddie is dead.
Maybe I should, too. Buck can’t help but think next.
OR : Buck gets abducted and almost give up. almost.

Summary
Running to the frontlines from a childhood he never had. Taking a bat to the wall with his son in the next room. Having an affair with the spitting image of his dead wife.
Eddie knows he’s never been good at grieving, knows he’s never been good at losing what little he allows for himself in the first place. This is why he also knows his coping mechanisms can’t possibly get any worse.
Buck, as he so often does, makes him reevaluate his assumptions.

Evan Buckley dies behind a wall of glass. It’s a shame that when he’s revived not three minutes later, no one is informed. -

Summary
The days blur into one. Buck has stopped counting them, and he doesn't think he'll make it out of here alive, but that's okay. If there's one thing he counts on: it's seeing Eddie.
Even if that's only in his dreams. Even if that's torture.
~ ♡ ~
Buck is alone and broken. The days blur into one, melting into each other—until Buck begins to dream of Eddie. He knows his dreams are nothing but a wish his heart has made, but he clings to them anyway, because they're all he has left.
At least, that's what he thinks.

Summary
“I’m not cheap.” He says, ignoring the whole hunting thing. Eddie doesn’t seem to know what to do with Buck.
“I know. I’m not asking you to join my payroll.”
“So, you want me to help you take down my parents for free? In exchange for what? A bodyguard? Not good enough.”
Eddie shakes his head, “Our opening move would be public, and would get those in their circle talking, both those inside the bounds of the law and outside.”
“Ohhhh kay?”
“Evan Buckley, I want you to marry me.”
Buck laughs, “Holy shit, no. Nope. Not happening.”AKA: the marriage of convenience mafia AU I've been working on for months.
