It was always his mesmerisingly perfect eyes, his scalding hot eyes, which held a forest so great and so boundless she could swear it would never end, the way they gleamed and danced, the way the emerald in the viridian would shine, and the warmth of the winds which graced his gaze would warm her shivering heart, and all she wanted was to be only muse they so viciously coveted, to be the only tree within that forest rather than a swaying leaf which fell on the muddied floor.
After all, he taught her to fight, to never give up, and she wouldn't give up his heart.
