Most people don’t click random links and arguably, no hacker worth their salt would consider the idea of it, much less download a random program and let it run. But most people don’t have a grudge against the guy who made the program either. Nor do they have a remarkably terrible sense of danger or willingness to back down.

Summary
Escaping from Ba Sing Se does not go to plan, like not at all. How are they supposed to defeat the Fire Lord and save the world if the Avatar is dead.
That is the moment when the spirits decide Sokka is worth paying attention to, they give him a second chance to fix this and find a way out where Aang does not end up dead.
What Sokka does not expect is being sent back in time to when they first arrived in Ba Sing Se, or the fact that no one else seems to remember they have already lived this, or the fact that getting it right might take more than a couple tries. But what shocks Sokka the most is in how almost every attempt he seems to find Zuko, turns out hes not half bad.Bookmarked by CrowsNBatsILYSM

Summary
Sokka isn’t stupid. Not that his sister is, mind you (at least, he’d never call her that to her face now that she’s honed her waterbending), or any of the rest of Team Avatar, although sometimes it feels like he’s living in a different world from the rest of them — a world where running out of food means starving, and walking into a town full of firebenders with the Avatar in tow will get you killed, rather than help you free a beaten-down Earthbender colony.
Anyways.
Sokka isn’t stupid, which is why he laughs directly in Aunt Wu’s face when she tells him that he will marry the Fire Lord.
