Deciding to post the first chapter of this original story! Focused around my original characters/species, I've written a decent chunk but not sure about posting it all. Let me know if you'd like the next bit?
The original species here are called Seersuns. They're humanoids with head/ear and back wings, horns, and misty could-like tails which turn whip-like when adrenaline fires. They come in all sizes and rainbow colours. See end notes for links to character art and species notes.

Summary

That Magic Knight they met at Gueldre’s party was interested in spatial magic. He might be convinced to take Finral away to mentor him in the city.
Six years later, Magna Swing is trying to improve his magic after failing the Magic Knight entrance exam. He is cold, wet, and hungry. Surely one night in a warm basement is not going to do any harm. He is not expecting what, or who he finds.

Summary
An unexpected cold snap hits the base, and the kids get too chilly while playing in the snow. Even though he swears he doesn't care, Ratchet ends up going out of his way to warm them back up. In the end, this devolves into a giant cuddle puddle on the base floor. And Ratchet will STILL insist he hates the kids, as he does.

Summary
Julius gets away from work again.
Being a kid has its perks, he could go unnoticed for the most part. What he failed to realize is that now that he had little to no magic power the streets were suddenly more dangerous than they ever were before.
A.K.A.
A story about how Julius gets kidnapped by a group of assholes and learns to not get out of the castle without guards, at least until he gets his power back.
Contrary to what the summary may lead you to believe, this Is quite sad.
