Summary
White horses, dirty cowboy boots, unpaved roads, and an old truck without AC all tell the story of Hao’s first love. He’s seventeen, the summer is hot, and only the moon bears witness to the sweetness of Hanbin’s smile when he looks at him.
It takes only one summer for Zhang Hao to start singing along to songs he swore he would never learn the words to.
It takes eight more for him to realize that it wasn’t the songs themselves that made him want to sing, it was the person who kept putting them on. However, that person has long since stopped listening to music, and now all Hao can do is play them over and over in hopes that one day he’ll want to sing with him again.

Beutiful and deals with emotions in a way that feels realistic and like genuinely so relatable
Also like.. hanbin cowboy=hot asf
As we know im a lesbian yet this did awaken somthing in me while simply imagining an accent and a pretty hat.Hao is cute af in this fic too honestly charectors ate and had nice range. Gyub funny af but im mainly laughing at him (sorry sweetheart lmao), ricks one liners... funy af genuinely laughed at "so ur the blueprint" for too long.

Just then, a thought appears in Ricky’s head, one so mortifying it makes his ears burn. He condemns himself silently for even entertaining such an idea. The younger man only stares at him, eyes shifting around his face and Ricky’s sure he’s noticed the sudden color to his cheeks.
He looks at Gyuvin a little harder then, really looking, ignoring the way it causes him to stiffen up in response. Despite being as rigid as ice, his eyes still have that little sparkle to them, cheeks rosy and Ricky can feel his self-control slipping.
