Summary
The peaceful life of the small town of Inaba is disturbed by mysterious murders that occur whenever the fog sets in .
Victims are found hanging from telephone poles and antennas , no sign of being attacked by any weapon , no signs of being choked or poisoned , they are just dead with horrified expression forever frozen on their faces .
In the wake of these horrific murders , rumors began to spread in the quiet town of Inaba . People are linking the cause of death to supernatural and urban legends , and the police are powerless to do anything . the killer always seems to be one step ahead of them .
Yet among the phony lies and false rumors lies one that may bear the truth to who the killer is , and there is only one person who could reveal who the culprit is .

Summary
Fear, despair, deception and oppression run rampant through the veins of our society. When the foundation of our world become blurred and distorted, those that are trapped in the fringes and cracks of it are the most vulnerable to its morphing.
