Mafioso didn't knock before entering Eunoia's room because she usually wasn't doing anything and he liked to talk to someone, that wasn't one of his men.
Nashatra heard the door and so did Eunoia they both shot up in bed like a couple being caught doing it by their own child, Eunoia turned red not the same shade of red as Nashatra was. "Oh- heh.. heh.. Mafioso I-.. don't have a good excuse for what's happening here.." Eunoia giggled and had no clue what to say as Mafioso slowly left the room closing the door.
