Basically if Izuku had the ability to flip the function of quirks. It changes a few things.
"As All Might jumped out of the sewers, about ready to shout his catchphrase, he was met with one of the weirdest sights he had ever seen.
The slime villain that he had been chasing had been turned into a solid red blob that resembled melted plastic. The only reason why All Might could recognize it was the familiar slime shape, and the eyes which were currently flitting around between a green haired boy and All Might in absolute fear and confusion."

Summary
Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.

Xingqiu had told Chongyun, all those years ago, most of the truth - that he’d gotten his Vision in the rainstorm that had pummelled Liyue Harbor while Chongyun had been recuperating from his disastrous Dragonspine expedition, that perhaps even the Archons had known not to separate Xingqiu and Chongyun in any way. It had been half a joke, but Chongyun had accepted it with a pleased smile.
He doesn’t know what it says about him that he remembers, with aching clarity, that moment where he’d been so coldly angry about not being able to protect Chongyun that he’d attracted the attention of the Archons themselves. Every time he touches his Vision, he gets a flash of that frigid, relentless part of himself.
And it feels ugly.

Nahida looks down. Black knee length shorts.
“Oh. Whoopsies.”
“Whoopsies,” Scaramouche says, and her own voice comes out. “That’s all you’ve got? Whoopsies?”
Sometimes, getting to know a person is to walk a mile in their shoes, literally. Other times it’s taking pictures of the things you like, and going for joyrides in the middle of the night. It’s about finding a friend you never knew you needed, in the last place you’d ever look. About wishing you were worth sticking around for, and realizing you were enough all along.
