When the Moon turns new, it hides itself from the world, from people, even those closest to it. It leaves it's beloved North Star and Rising Tides, ashamed to show its face now that it no longer reflects the Sun's rays. A forever repeating cycle. It doesn't matter thogh, not to the North Star. It will still try to stop it, if only for a single moment, it will try and stop even gravity and the things that make world rotate.

Guest 1337 had always known he was different, but he could never pinpoint exactly why. He’d attributed it to many things throughout his life: He was different for being a Guest. Different for being an orphan. Different for being a soldier. Different for being a survivor. And yet, none of it was the exact truth. It was close, but the answer was just out of his grasp, grazing his fingertips, barely out of reach.
Others noticed it too—five others, to be exact–but they could never find the answer either. They believed the excuses and left it at that.
In all his life, only one person had ever managed to find the reason, and it was without his own knowledge.
But of course it was. He wouldn’t have known, nor would anyone else—anyone other than an Astral, someone who knew what they were and how to spot it in others. Only they would recognize the abilities of their kind, and in over thirty years, only one had recognized it in Guest. Only one in his life would see and know the true power that lies within.

His best friend, his ride or die, abandoned him to play “house” with a random baby dropped on his doorstep. Ghosted. Blocked. As if nothing they had done, nothing they achieved, or WANTED to achieve together ever mattered. As if he never mattered. And the Spectre knew that.
His only option might be to demand his teammates rat him out in exchange for their… Prolonged survival. But who in their right mind would give in to the enemy’s demand to find someone they’re supposed to be allied with?? He needs someone who hates Seven just as much, someone with resentment…
