Summary
Après God of Fury, Bran entre en thérapie. Il commence l’EMDR pour traiter ce que Grace lui a fait. Son esprit sait que le traumatisme est derrière lui. Son corps, lui, ne le sait pas.
La fatigue est si intense que Bran n’a plus l’énergie de rien faire. Cuisiner, jouer au lacrosse, même peindre. Il passe le plus clair de son temps allongé, à attendre que le temps passe.
Il désire toujours Nikolai. Il l’embrasse encore, s’accroche à lui, le réclame. Mais dès que les choses deviennent sexuelles, son corps panique, se ferme ou s’effondre d’épuisement. Voir Bran lutter contre un souvenir piégé sous sa peau rend Niko complètement fou.
Puis, au milieu d’une spirale maniaque, un inconnu sur Reddit lui donne une idée : si le corps de Bran est encore coincé dans le passé, peut-être que Niko doit lui réapprendre le présent.
Nikolai ferait n’importe quoi pour guérir sa Fleur de Lotus.

Summary
After God of Fury, Bran goes in therapy. He starts EMDR to process what Grace did to him. His mind knows the trauma is over. His body doesn’t.
The fatigue is so intense that Bran no longer has energy for anything. Cooking, playing lacrosse or even painting. He spends most of his time lying down waiting for time to pass.
He still wants Nikolai. Still kisses him, clings to him, asks for him. But the second things turn sexual, his body panics, shuts down, or collapses from exhaustion. Watching Bran fight a memory trapped under his skin drives Niko completely insane.
Then, in the middle of a manic spiral, a Reddit stranger gives him an idea: if Bran’s body is still stuck in the past, maybe Niko has to teach it the present.
Nikolai would do anything to heal his Lotus Flower.
