Summary
Hannah Byrbeck is a fairly-tall, Athletic coyote of middling age, an unassuming manager of a retail store in Mallego. She fancies herself to be a strict advocate of societal values. Every evening during the week, she comes home by 7:45 PM, has dinner by 8:00 PM, and is in bed by 11:00 PM. Her husband Ambrose obediently serves her, doing his best to follow her strict schedule. He was seized in a conflict that was hidden from the public, and run through a boarding school for four years, before being released to her just over a year ago. Having seen firsthand what would become of nails that refuse to be hammered into place, he does the best he can to stay out of trouble.
Note: This story contains a plot that develops along the same time frame as the first work in the series. I will be updating both stories as time goes on. This is not a sequel, but plays off of a lot of events of the first story, so if you are reading this while it updates, plot points and characters will make more sense to you if you read any new chapters from COMMS part 1 first.
