Ever since the meeting between Robert E.O. Speedwagon and Jonathan Joestar in 1888, the Speedwagon Foundation has dedicated themselves to aiding the Joestar family, and uncovering the secrets of the dark, supernatural powers that stood in their way.
After the fall of Dio Brando in Egypt, the Speedwagon Foundation begins assembling their own team of Stand Users in order to deal with stand-related threats, two such members being twin brothers Tanqueray and Guinness, orphans taken in by the Foundation.
As dark secrets of the Foundation and the urban world of stand users are uncovered, the criminal organization known as Dying Breed rears their head in opposition to the Speedwagon Foundation, raising tensions and dividing the crossroads of fate, splitting the bonds between two brothers and forcing every stand-wielding soul to pick a side.
Or in other words, two orphaned brothers who take on the Speedwagon name end up on opposite sides of a city-wide Stand-War, with vampires and Hamon appearing from time to time.
