Summary
When Danyal, now Danny, met the eyes of his brother- of Damian, he was unsure of the reaction he was expected to have.
Did they expect a tearful reunion? He could do that. Was he meant to shake his brother’s hand, and move on to whatever was next? He could do it, any of it, he just needed to know what they wanted from him.
Damian made the decision for him. He looked at him for half a second, and Danny knew those eyes. He felt himself tense, but Damian only scoffed lowly, turned on his heel, and walked away.

Summary
Bruce is glad to see Damian find such close friendship in the Justice League’s newest recruit, a ghostly hero named Phantom. In fact, the boys fall so much into sync that they even start sharing behaviors.
Damian finds himself inexplicably drawn to Phantom, who makes it easy to act on his instincts. It is as if a missing piece was finally found, lost behind a green tinted haze for much too long.
Danny's half-life is more than he has ever hoped for. He helps worldwide with the Justice League. He's never felt as understood and safe as with Robin and Batman. Truly, there's only revealing himself to his parents left to do.

Summary
The love he felt towards his parents was the first to dissipate with the pass of time. He had loved them, strongly so, but they also had been the source of much pain, and he hadn’t felt truly safe with them, ever since the accident where he became half ghost.
The memories of Sam and Tucker started to lose their clarity. They had existed. They had been relevant. They were gone now. All facts, and none of them made him feel much of anything anymore.
And then there was Jazz.
His older sister, the one that had been his only refuge when living inside his once-home, his only semblance of safety and true unconditional love. She would have stood for him, had his family known of his life as a half-ghost, he was sure of it.
Dan had pressed his forehead against her grave, slowly pushing the stone backwards as the years continued to pass, as he continued to grow stronger, taller, broader.
At the end of it all, only his love for Jazz remained unchanged.
