Jisung and Minho are friends. The best of friends, in fact. For practically their whole lives, they’ve done everything together. From fun, drunk nights at parties to sad nights spent on the couch after a rough day—they’ve done it all, shoulder-to-shoulder. Despite both of them being young, attractive, charming, and most definitely horny on occasion, neither have really made an effort in the dating scene; they don’t feel the need or urge to. Truthfully, they’ve found that they feel quite fulfilled as long as they have each other, which is something that seems to invade Jisung’s mind on the eve of Valentine’s Day and leads him to unthinkingly kiss Minho before he leaves Jisung’s apartment for the night. Naturally, this leads to an unexpected metamorphosis between the pair, and they come to understand that they truly do share in everything life has given them—including the curiosities and desires regarding their relationship that've been left unspoken and unrealized for far, far too long.

"Minho leapt out of the cart and crossed the distance to him in two strides. One hand flipped off his mask in one fluid motion, while the other arm snaked around Jisung’s waist, pulling him close. Close enough for Jisung to discover that he smelled like mandarins and old-growth forests. Close enough to see auburn flecks in his eyes, despite the darkness.
