Summary
Zuko's three-year mission started with an abandoned Air Temple. The Western one, to be precise.
It wouldn't be anything to remember, really, if one of the spirits didn't feel the need to show this stray firebender exactly how angry it was with his people.
A.N. Zuko has no self-preservation instinct. And also he is searching for the Avatar, a.k.a. - runs towards any weird spooky spirit shit he hears about. Don't tell me that that is not a recipe for disaster. Because it is, and I will happily provide :)
