“You know, I told you the exact same thing the last time you visited as well.” Black Swan notes before turning her attention right back to the flower beds, as if there were no weight behind the words that had just left her mouth. “In fact, I think you ask about these vines every time you visit.”
To Acheron, however, the words feel like a small needle in her chest. She was aware of her memory issues, and while she knew it was far from her fault, and that the blame lay solely on her curse, she could still feel the guilt. It was like spilled ink from an inkpot soaking into the parchment of her skin.
Or; While a curse eats away at her body and memory, Acheron tries desperately to hold on to normality and her beloved.
