Summary
Martyrdom was always in the cards for her, but she never considered the complications that might arise from giving herself so fully, so deeply, so truly to the cause. Foxglove always knew she would die for Him, but to live? Living is harder.

or, a War cleric of Ilmater struggles through a new quest when she awakens, infected, on an illithid nautiloid. At first, she only sought to heal her allies - and herself, secondarily - but the plot thickens, the gods watch, and the way forward gets murkier every day in the shadow of an Archdruid and the light of love burning bright enough to rival Ilmater's halo.

(give this story a shot if you like: character study, a strong main character with a journey of her own, world-building and Faerun lore, complex moral choices, fantasy religious themes without the real-world prejudice, found family, and Halsin (duh). bonus points if you can wait through a canon-typical sloooooow burn leading up to more sex than you get in the game (lmao))- Language:

Summary
“Told you I ain’t what you were lookin’ for.”
Rook laughs, unable to stop the wide smile from spreading across her face. “Nah, you absolutely were,” she says softly, checking to make sure her tits were back inside her tank top.
He snorts, but his lips slightly curve upward. “You go on and have yourself a nice night, darlin’.”
For some reason this makes her cheeks turn pink. A minute ago he was about to enter her and now she’s feeling shy? She can tell there’s a glint of amusement in his eyes as he watches her begin to back away. It’s highly unlikely that she’ll ever see him again, but for some reason she has this tiny suspicion she will. So Rook musters some of that boldness from earlier and speaks her truth.
“I will, and I hope you do too. But you should know…I’m not finished with you just yet.”
The man’s eyes widen just a bit and he lets out a soft chuckle as he flicks the embers from his cigarette. “Well is that so?”
She grins at him, shaking her head affirmatively as she continues backing away.
His lips twitch up in a small smile. “Hmm, perhaps the stars will align.”
3 years later, Rook is shocked to see her redheaded stranger once again...behind Joseph Seed.

Summary
The war did not end when the fighting stopped.
So’lek carries the weight of survival like a vow, a promise to avenge all he lost. Tamtey carries it like a makeshift weapon with an edge so sharp it cuts her as much as it cuts them. Bound by loss and shaped by violence, they circle one another carefully. Two warriors who know too much about how to endure, but not enough yet about falling back.
As vengeance gives way to protection and attention turns into something harder to ignore, together they begin the slow, painful work of facing what was done to them.
TLDR; in which So’lek and Tamtey tell a story of shared grief, unspoken devotion, and the difficult work of choosing to heal (while Ìley & Amay are being two winged puppies).

Summary
The world ended, and Indi learned to survive alone, until a bite that should’ve killed her didn’t.
Hidden now, she’s a ghost in the ruins of the old world… until someone else starts hunting in her woods. He’s quiet, dangerous, and far too skilled to be a coincidence.
Their paths collide in the wreckage of the world, two survivors with too many scars and too much to hide. Trust is lethal, but so is being alone. And in a world ruled by the dead, it’s the living who might destroy her.
